INSTRUCTIONS FOR SENDING PHOTOS

File: Digital photo taken with a cell phone or camera.
Person: The photo must be of the person's face, 'passport photo' style, looking directly at the camera. Do not use a photo where you are sideways. The photo should only show the person's head and shoulders. The entire head must be visible. No other people must be present in the photo.
Environment: The place where the photo will be taken must have enough light for a good photo. Avoid backlighting the person or a significant difference in brightness on either side. Preferably, have a simple white or single-colour background.
Accessories: The person should not wear sunglasses, prescription glasses, hats, masks, helmets, dark lenses or other similar items.
